Want delicious BBQ for your next event?  Here are some of the items we make!

Beef Brisket - We start with using the whole brisket and carefully trim out the excess fat, leaving just enough
to make it moist and juicy when finished. Then we coat it with our Macho Mustard Sauce and season with
our Ninja Dust. (the sauce helps keep the outside of the meat moist when cooking and helps hold the seasoning on for maximum flavor). Next it goes into the smoker and is smoked with either apple or hickory wood for a minimum of 12 hours. The final product is so tender and moist that chewing is hardly needed.

Pulled Pork - We use boston butts, trim off the excess fat and smoke them for about 8 hours, until it reaches 190 degrees. At that point, the meat almost shreds itself, we season with our own Ninja Dust. The meat is so good on its own with just seasoning that we don’t add any sauce, we leave that for you to add if you like.

Baby Back Ribs - On our ribs, we remove the membrane, season liberally with Ninja Dust and cook for at least 4 hours or until the meat will pull easily from the bone. We use either apple or hickory logs for the smoke flavor.

Whole smoked Hams - We take a whole ham, slice it about 1/8” thick and tie it back together. By slicing it first, it allows for the smoke to penetrate into the meat better and makes it ready to eat when you get it. We rub the outside of the ham with Macho Mustard sauce and then season with our Ninja Dust. It is then smoked with hickory wood.

Pork Loin - We use the whole loin, trim off the excess fat and inject them with some white grape juice and ninja dust. The outside of the loin is then seasoned with Ninja Dust and smoked for about 3 hours. I cook the loin in a foil pan so that the juices are soaked back into the meat keeping them as moist as possible.

Side Dishes

Smokey Baked Beans - Our most popular side, we use 5 different beans to make our baked beans (pork and beans, dark red kidney beans, garbanzo beans, large butter beans, and black beans. We drain all the beans and add in Roadhouse BBQ sauce along with some other seasonings and smoke them for about 2 hours.
